Due to the business development needs of our company, we need to recruit a number of country representatives, who work in Africa, the Middle East, South Asia and other places, and receive generous treatment.

1. Lead the subordinates to complete the annual sales order signing task assigned by the Marketing Department;

2. Complete the task of signing the performance profit rate in the host country, and ensure the investment income of the enterprise;

3. Complete the task of signing the performance payment in the host country, and ensure the timely return of enterprise income;

4. Complete the establishment of service teams, ladder training of key personnel and team culture construction in the host country;

5. Formulate service standards in the host country, standardize service processes, and assess the implementation results of the service implementation program;

6. Formulate safety audit management standards for service projects, and complete the assessment and review of the safety level of each service project;

7. Develop customer service systems such as service return visit, customer evaluation and annual service meeting, and complete the construction of COS security service brand in the host country;

8. Responsible for the overall business operation and decision-making of the country representative office, and responsible for the annual operating income results of the representative office;

9. Keep close communication with the company's marketing director and country representative, establish and abide by the mechanism of regular reporting of daily events and immediate reporting of major events in the site.

Language requirements: English/French/Arabic, according to the language of the sending country.

Working years: 2-5 years of long-term overseas (Africa preferred) market operation and management experience;

Work performance: Those who have resignation certificate or recommendation letter in the original enterprise, or have recommendation guarantor in the original industry;

Work performance: Those who have outstanding achievements and industry reputation during the performance of their duties in the original enterprise;

Management experience: responsible for marketing department management for more than 2 years, with a team of more than 50 people;

Management identity: the Marketing Department of the Company shall submit the recruitment, investigation and probation to the General Manager's Office for review.
